DJEEG'N is happy to refund full priced merchandise within 30 days of the receipt of your returned package. Note that we do not accept returns of merchandise purchased on sale. All accessories are not eligible for refund, please choose carefully and review your purchase before sending it through.
Please look through our return requirements:
- All returns must be received by us with 30 days of your purchase receipt.
- All sales' merchandise are finale
- Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged and returned in its original packaging
- Merchandise must be return in their original condition with all garment tags and labels attached
- We require that the receipt, proof of purchase be returned to us to complete your return
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days. Shipping cost and return shipping cost are not refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Due to the select and limited merchandise offerings, DJEEG'N unfortunately can not offer and guarantee availability of merchandise for exchange. Please email us at email@example.com should you need to check on availability of sizes for a similar styled garment.
